Decrease in production in the country opened gate to import. When importing 25% the country loses food independence. It is necessary to develop complex system of development of Siberia in which processing and storage of agricultural production has to be one of the major elements for a way out. The more processing depth, the is higher profit. The perspective direction for Siberia is processing of local raw materials and production of medicines, food and feed additives from a show off of marals and reindeers, both for import, and for export.
