The author of article concentrated nonconventional attention on 6 components in which context veterinary ensuring productive longevity can be considered: wellbeing of animals; problem of adaptation of live organisms, unity of an organism and conditions of its existence (the biological law); parasitism - its biological and social value; tasks of veterinary service in ensuring productive longevity of animals; ecological wellbeing of the territory.

Now the greatest prospect is represented by economic development of shelves of the Arctic Ocean where Russia has the most extended frontier. Due to the active thawing of pack ice the Northern Sea Route becomes available to navigation within round year. Thus, the European and Asian North of Russia turns for the person into the area of active economic development.
