Abstract
The policy of the University in the field of international cooperation depends on whether they will have a future specialist opportunity to be involved in world space. For this must have is know ledge of foreign languages. The last obliges the establishment on the basis of university foreign languages courses, the organization of international short mandatory programs, research projects for graduate students.
