Abstract
The authors explore the impact of Tiofan O antioxidant on the broilers’ body in conditions of long-term intoxication with cadmium and lead. Tiofan O showed detoxicative impact to ions of heavy metals and its application in the poultry ratio reduced lead concentration in 2.01 times and cadmium in 6.15 times. The author sees application of Tiofan O as a detoxicant of heavy metals in order to increase body resistance to the toxic effect as efficient and prospective.

Abstract
The author explores antigen content of biological liquids (plasma and blood serum) of healthy cows and cows suffering from hemoblastosis. The author applies the reaction of anaphylaxis and deallergization on guinea pigs. The paper finds out the phenomenon of antigen regression in the animals suffering from lymphleucosis and other forms of hemoblastosis and cows suffering from hemablastosis, tuberculosis and brucellosis. The cows suffering from hemablastosis, tuberculosis and brucellosis do not show antigen differences in mono variant and pathologies of non leucosis type.

Abstract
The article shows the results of many-years research on the dace and causative agents of opistorchosis in the Ob basin since its formation and until the present moment. The authors explored different commercial fish (orfe, bream, dace and roach) that people eat and feed pets with this fish. The fish was caught in different parts of the basin. The article highlights the main parasites which are metacercaria trematodas sem Opisthorchidae Luhe, 1911 that is referred to Opisthorchosis felineus (Rivolta, 1884), Mitorchisbilis (Braun, 1890), Pseudamphistomum truncatum (Rudolphi, 1891). The paper outlines the species that mostly suffer from invasion, i.e. prfe, dace and roach; the least suffering specie was bream. The parasites investigated cause such diseases as opisthorchosis, methorchosis and pseudophistomosis. Veterinary doctors often make diagnosis of these diseases as opisthorchosis with causative agent Opisthorchis felineus (Rivolta, 1884). The article analyzes the results of authors’ research and the publications of ichtyoparasitologist.

Abstract
The authors see the most important task of ecological immunology as donozological diagnostics of immune system disorder, i.e. disorder of immunocompetent system affected by anthropogenic factors until the clinical performance of disease. This results in the problem of dozonological prevention. Nowadays, humoral arm is considered to be a target for a great number of technogenic xenobiotics that contribute to production of specific antibodies on adducts of these xenobiotics. Academician Petrov sees ecological immunology as a part of clinical immunology which task are closely related with the study of impact caused by chemical and biological technogenic factors on the body and human immune system.

Abstract
The paper shows research results on cows osteodystrophy by means of the method of instrumental diagnostic developed by the author. The authors found out that such indicators as temperature, pulse, breathing rate and rumination were standard. The article outlines specific and non-specific indicators of mineral disorder at dystrophy.

Abstract
The paper shows efficiency of new complex probiotic and enzyme specimen Vita-Plus when feeding the first-calf cows in postpartum period. The experimental cows (9 cows) were fed with vita-plus dozed 50ml per cow every day on 20-30 days after calving during 14 days; the control group didn’t get the specimen. The researcher defined fatness, indicators of reproduction, dairy productivity and impact of the specimen on biochemical parameters of blood and milk. On applying vita-plus in the experimental group the indicator of fatness was 2.92 whereas in the control group it was 2.62. The experimental cows experienced sexual excitement on 33.3% more during 120 days after calving and 2.5 more cows became fertile after first insemination. Breeding efficiency was 55.6% higher in 150 days after applying Vita-Plus whereas in the control group this indicator was 22.3% lower. During application of Vita-Plus, the daily milk yield in the experimental group was definitely (Р<0,05) 1.75 kg higher (13.3%) than that in the control group; aftereffect during 2 months was 19.7 % and 14.2 % respectively. In total, during 3 month the experimental cows produced additionally 6.15 kg of milk (16%). The correlation of fat and protein in milk of first-calf cows in experimental and control groups had been lower by 5th week of lactation on 22.8 and 22.9%; it was increased on 17.7 and 11% respectively by 10th week. The concentration of ureas in milk exceeded the permissible rate on the 3d week after calving; it was reduced in 3.3 times in 2 weeks either in experimental group and control one. The concentration of ureas was 39% higher in the experimental group by the 10th week whereas in control group it was 5.1% lower. Application of Vita-Plus when feeding first-calf cows resulted in 16% higher milk yields during 3 months, fatness -7.88% and breeding efficiency - 22.3%. The aftereffect contributed to efficient urea making function of the liver.

Abstract
The author carries out the experiment on the basis of State nature sanctuary in western Siberia. He probates the technology of selection and sowing of forage crops on the land 10-50 ha where total area was 600 ha. The dominant crop was sun flower (Helianthus) which was growing crop in winter. The research outlines the significance of sunflower with seeds for a roe as an ideal feed especially in the period of winter with much snow. The research used 3 crops in the 2nd stage of the experiment: medic, oats and pea were rolled up and had higher nutritional value. The roes eat these feeds much.
