DETERMINATION CIRCULATING IMMUNE COMPLEXES IN THE SERUM OF ANIMALS FROM THE TERRITORIES WITH DIFFERENT ECOLOGICAL SITUATIONS

Abstract

The negative impact of environmental factors affect the body of the animal. In the zones of ecological trouble, the animals have significant antigenic load (radiation, xenobiotics, etc.) and, consequently, a larger amount of immune complexes formed with large critical mass of antigens. namely indicators of circulating immune complexes in the blood serum may be integral test determining the degree of antigenic nature.
