SCIENTIFIC PROVIDING AGRARIAN AND INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF SIBERIA: PRESENT AND FUTURE

Abstract

The solution of problems in development of domestic agrarian and industrial complex consist in large-scale use of the latest scientific developments in production. Scientific research institutes of the Siberian regional office of the Russian Academy of agriculture are urged not only to develop new, but also to provide scientific maintenance of its realization. The main shortcomings of science and power interactions on innovative development of agrarian and industrial complex is that authorities have no directive forms of influence on managing subjects. Indispensable condition of innovative development is demonstration of available scientific development (grades, breeds, technologies) under production conditions.
