Abstract
Any company sooner or later the question arises - to keep a wide range of products and a large inventory to satisfy the largest number of customers or Vice versa to reduce the range to make the most profitable company, reducing the number of low оборачиваемых goods. In some cases, the responsible persons understand running inventory purely commercial aspects related to the procurement and delivery of goods from suppliers. The criteria for determining the sizes of the parties and the frequency of deliveries are the capacity of the transport and supplier capabilities, but inventory management in any company assumes implementation of the daily analysis of a large amount of information on the sales history, inventory, delivery, returns, etc. If you carefully analyze information on each product, this is just not enough time in the workplace. So you should always question on what goods conduct an analysis of the daily and what it is enough to check once a week or even a month.
