DEVELOPMENT SECTORS ANIMAL HUSBANDRY IN THE SIBERIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF WTO

Abstract
In the medium term, the key changes will occur in the livestock sector due to lower tariff protection and increased competition from importers. In this changing operating conditions of agriculture in Siberia in connection with Russia's membership in the WTO, which, on the one hand, caused the emergence of new industrial, commercial, financial, investment, economic, environmental and social risks for crop and livestock impeding achievement of strategic purposes. On the other hand, it is with Russia's membership in the WTO, there are new opportunities for the development of livestock industry. In addition, the analysis found that the key is to increase the reserve of labor productivity in the industry.
