DIFFERENCES IN STANDARD ANTIGEN COMPLEXES OF BIOLOGICAL LIQUIDS AND COW LEUCOSIS THAT ARE REVEALED BY MEANS OF ANAPHYLAXIS AND DEALLERGIZATION AT GUINEA PIGS
Abstract
The author explores antigen content of biological liquids (plasma and blood serum) of healthy cows and cows suffering from hemoblastosis. The author applies the reaction of anaphylaxis and deallergization on guinea pigs. The paper finds out the phenomenon of antigen regression in the animals suffering from lymphleucosis and other forms of hemoblastosis and cows suffering from hemablastosis, tuberculosis and brucellosis. The cows suffering from hemablastosis, tuberculosis and brucellosis do not show antigen differences in mono variant and pathologies of non leucosis type.
