The main reserves for improving the efficiency of the organization in the development of innovative technologies

With the rapid development of innovative technologies in the modern period, it is necessary to rethink the reserves for improving the efficiency of the organization. In this work, the authors in the process of research studied and analyzed the main reserves for increasing the efficiency of a particular agro-industrial company, the products of which make up a sixth of all produced in the region. The analysis of the growth of production revealed an annual increase in poultry meat production and high achievements in the milk productivity of cows. To increase efficiency and competitiveness, the company modernizes existing and builds new production facilities equipped with modern equipment and the latest innovative technologies. For five years, investment projects were implemented to increase volumes in the amount of 300 million bel. The most significant of the implemented investment projects is the commissioning of a new slaughterhouse with in-depth processing of both poultry and beef, where automation and robotization are used in the main production processes. Successful sales of products are achieved due to the growth of a variety of meat products, the high quality of which meets international requirements. In the structure of export supplies, the share of the Russian Federation market is about 55%, the Chinese market ranks second and amounts to 33.2%. Their markets have large reserves to increase the supply of Vitebsk meat products. Further increase in production volumes through the implementation of new investment projects and the development of new segments in existing markets will allow the organization to increase the efficiency of its activities with the development of innovative technologies.
