Author Guidelines

In order to avoid the errors or delays in the preparation of manuscripts of articles for publication to draw your attention to the following requirements:

1. Articles offered to the journal should contain the results of research and apply to the following fields of science:

03.00.00 - Biological Sciences; 06.00.00 - Agricultural Sciences; 05.00.00 - Engineering Science.

2. The manuscript should be signed by all its authors, as well as the head of the department and  attached by a cover letter signed by the Vice-Rector (Deputy. Director) of scientific work.

3. The authors provide (at a time):

- Two copies of the article in print on one side of the sheet without handwritten inserts;

- An electronic version of the article sent by e-mail:  innovations@ngs.ru.

4. The procedure for preparation of manuscript and a file of articles:

- The volume of articles at least 10-15 pages in A4 format (transliteration, translation, and profiles of authors are not included); the volume of review articles - no less than 30-35 pages.

- Document fields - all on the 2 cm;

- The print type size - 14;

- Table - 14 (not allowed in the tables and text below in the field of calculations, formulas placed bitmap images instead of numbers and letters);

- Interval-multiplier - 1.5 (one and a half);

- Print type - Times New Roman;

- Pagination - bottom center;

- Text alignment - justified (article title and section headings - in the center of capital letters);

- Notes are issued in the form of footnotes;

- References to sources in the text in square brackets, in the order of citation in the text.

5. Requirements to the article on electronic media:

- Article supplied in DOC, RTF;

- Name of the file should look like this:

Ivanov_Osobennosti teaching informatics

If the manuscript is not framed in accordance with these requirements, it is returned to the author for revision. The date of delivery of the article shall be the date of receipt of its final edited version.

6. All manuscripts before publication in the journal should be undergo peer review, based on which the Editorial Board decides whether their publication in the journal. Copies of reviews are sent to the authors for getting acquaintance. In the case of non-compliance the article’s topics of the journal, the reasoned refusal will sent to authors. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and editorial office for 5 years. The editorial board when requested shall send a copies of the reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

7. The fee for the publication will not be charged from a post-graduate students.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one line spacing, font Times New Roman, 12 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Privacy Statement

Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
